ANNOUNCEMENT: 3G WORKSHOP

As part of the Gendering Green Generation project funded by the Canadian Cooperation (IDRC),  UM6P organized a workshop in collaboration with the FAO, for exchanging knowledge and sharing experiences on successful gender-related projects and initiatives for women’s empowerment conducted in Morocco . The discussions in this workshop, held on July 11, 2023 in Rabat,  revolved primarily around the following guiding questions:

– How to stimulate and anchor the institutionalization of Gender?
– Exchange and sharing of experiences: What are the successes, challenges, and lessons learned?
– What approaches to adopt for reducing inequalities? What are the constraints/solutions to overcome them, and what opportunities can be developed?

This workshop brought together various international organizations to share their experiences, including FAO, GIZ, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Italian Cooperation, USAID, Belgian Cooperation ENABEL, as well as national entities such as DRA, DEFR, MTNRA, ONCA, ADA, cooperatives, and more.
